Natalino Caruana De Brincat

B.A. (Hons), LL.B, Dip Notary Public (Melit), Dip Infosys, MBA (Leics), LL.M (Leics), LL.D (Melit).

Natalino Caruana De Brincat has successfully completed the Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) degree at the University of Malta. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree together with a Diploma Notary Public awarded by the same University of Malta, whilst is in possession of Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master’s degree in Employment Law (LL.M) from the University of Leicester. He was appointed deputy chairperson of the Employment and Training Corporation (ETC). He is a founding member of the Junior Chamber of Advocates. He is currently the chairperson of the Veterinary Surgeons Council.  

Natalino is also a Lecturer in the Private International Law, Local Government legislation, Employment Law and Administrative Law at the University of Malta.

Melhino Mercieca

LL.B, Dip N.P, LL.D (Melit) – Lawyer

Melhino Mercieca graduated as Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2017 after having submitted his thesis entitled ‘Civil liability arising from industrial accidents and occupational diseases with particular reference to asbestos exposure’. He has a keen interest in civil law, particularly concerning family law.  Melhino is actively involved in the field of occupational health and safety and is a regular speaker on the subject in conferences both locally and abroad. He was admitted to the bar in March 2018.

Lara Attard

LL.B.(Hons), M.Adv.(Melit.), LL.M.(Utrecht)

Lara Attard graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Master of Advocacy from the University of Malta, and a degree in Public International Law with a specialisation in Human Rights from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. Lara’s strong interest in Constitutional Law, particularly Human Rights, has led her to complete two theses on the subject. Her research focused on the electoral system from a human rights standpoint, highlighting the challenges faced by small political parties in Malta and the impact of European Court of Human Rights decisions on the development of electoral laws.  Lara Attard was admitted to the bar in 2021

Daniel Aquilina 

B.A, Dip – Legal Procurator.

Daniel Aquilina was awarded his warrant to practise as a Legal Procurator in 2011 and has since gained extensive experience in his profession.  His responsibilities within the firm mainly entail the processing of judicial acts filed by the firm before the Civil Courts of Justice and Tribunals of Malta and Gozo and attending to all related matters. Daniel was admitted to the Chamber of Legal Procurators in 2011.  Daniel is fluent in Maltese, English and Italian. Daniel is also a commissioner for oaths.
